I am still under my fathers insurance and recently had surgery that I paid for. I just got the reimbursement check from the insurance company, however it's made out to my father. Could I have my father endorse the insurance check over to me? or will he have to deposit it and then write me a personal check?

When I was 17 years old, I met a guy named..let's call him Jay. Jay and I connected instantly. Within three months we got our first apartment together and were practically inseperable. I ended up going away for college and cried the entire trip and first week I was there. I ended up driving three hours one way EVERY weekend just to be near him for a day. But we were young, and I was insecure and thought he was cheating on me so we broke up. After a month of avoiding him calling and calling and calling (I was away at school) the calls suddenly stopped. It scared me to death, so I called him to see if he was okay or had gotten hurt. He was fine physically, but so depressed that he was moving across country (Literally east coast to west coast) to live with his dad. It felt like someone had stabbed me. It took me less than two heart beats to decide that I was going with him to wherever he was. So I packed my bags and we moved. Life was great. We were always smiling and laughing, we did so many amazing things...adventures I guess I consider them...and then, when I was 21 I found out I was pregnant. Everything went down hill from there as my attention turned away from him onto our child that I was carrying. And he became abusive. I tolerated the unusual negative behavior until our son was 4 months old, and I finally couldn't take it anymore, so i decided I was moving back to the east coast. There was never a discussion, if I went, he was going to go. So we moved, and life settled down. He actually really began to enjoy being a parent and I thought the worst was behind us...until we got pregnant AGAIN, less than 6 months after having our first son. The pattern of abusive behavior began again, and reckless behavior on his part...but not until I started to show that I was carrying a child. By the time our second son was two months old I called the police and had him arrested for one of the many abusive inciddents. And I knew that I had made the right choice. I was a single mother of two infants for almost a year, when I met my current husband. He had 6 children from a previous marriage so he enjoyed the babies. It took almost too much time and energy to blend our families, or even to form a deeply rooted bond between the two of us (even though he is an amazing man) and I just wrote it off to being so hurt by Jay. It's been over three years since I've seen Jay's face, heard his voice, even asked about him, but when I close my eyes at night it's his face that I dream about. I know that I should be scared of him, but honestly, after the anger wore off...the sense of abandonment, there's just been an enormous feeling of loss. When I allow myself to think about him it feels like someone is stabbing me right in the center of my stomach and I almost have to bend over from the pain. I just don't know where I go from here..I've moved on. I'm married to a wonderful, respectable man who brings out the best in me and loves and accepts my children. But I can't help feeling like I've lost everything...Am I absolutly hopeless? Are these feelings due to the abuse in the relationship? Or did we really have something more that we just weren't ready for?

hook up the throttle into the carbs the outside of the cable you can run under the gas tank out to the front on the right side since the black sheath does not move make sure the cable is not twisted or binding too sharp around a corner go out the front to the side of the triple clamps loop up and then back to the throttle on the bars. The cable inside the sheath moves. as long as the sheath is not pinched between something or touching the exhaust and is clear of getting caught by turning the handle bars it should be fine. The reason there are no explicit directions is it is not that hard to do, there may even be clips along the tank or frame, or it may just lay upside the wire harness going down the center tube. You can always go to a dealer and talk to the parts guy, thats how I get tons of fee info, go down, buy a quart of oil or something and ask the parts guy a question in the process. Simple easy, good way to get info. use common sense when routing the cable no tight curves and leave some slack out in front of the bars so you can turn and not affect the throttle cable.

I've been trying to watch Vevo videos via YouTube but every time I click on a certain video it will play something else. Unemployment benefits are being contested?

I was working as a contract security guard for a hotel for 5 years. During that 5 years the contract company was changed three times and only because I was such a reliable employee I was given the opportunity all three times to be switched over or "grandfathered" over as they called it to the new contract company with no breaks in my on going employment with the hotel while most of the guys from these ousted contract companies were let go and a host of new guys from the new contract company were brought in to replace them. Because of that with the exception of the first contract company which hired me directly and sent me to the hotel as my permanent site in the first place, I had little to no dealings whatsoever with the other two contract companies. I was always advised by the director of security at the hotel to bring all issues to him and he will deal with the contract company on my behalf and that went for everything from work schedules and hrs to problems with my pay check . In September, September 18th to be exact I had to take an unfortunate unpaid leave of absence do to a family oriented issue. Before I left I clarified with my boss at the hotel that I needed a short leave of absence to deal with my issue and that I was planning to return as soon as possible and continue working at the hotel. My boss was very understanding and okay'ed it and not only promised me my job back when I returned but also told me that I was his choice to be the security manager for a new hotel that they were opening in February of 2011. My boss at the hotel also made sure that the news was passed on to the contract manger at the contract company and they didn't refute it and said OK. I contacted my boss at the hotel via e-mail about a month and a half later to let him know that things were looking much better for me and that I was ready to return to work in the coming weeks. My boss wrote back the next day that he was very happy to hear from me and that he was waiting with open arms to accept me back at the hotel and ultimately send me to the new hotel when it finally opens. I was happy and told him that I would reach out to him as soon as I return to the area and we would take it from there. When I returned about 3 weeks later before I could even reach out to him I received another e-mail from him stating that he was very sorry but the jobs he promised me both at the hotel and the new hotel opening in February was no longer open due to massive layoffs within the company and that he will do all he can to try and get me placed somewhere else with the contract company. I said OK and told him that I understand and agreed with the idea of him working along with the contract company to get me placed elsewhere. He than sent me a e-mail back two days later saying that he spoke with the contract companies manager and that he said it shouldn't be a problem but neither of them can promise anything but I should just wait it out and stay in touch. I did just that and waited around for a couple of weeks only to hear nothing from my boss or the contract company. At that point I decided to file for unemployment due to my bills and everyday living expenses mounting up and me having no way to pay for anything. I was processed and ultimately approved for unemployment and started to receive checks. About two or three checks in I received a call from a unemployment rep asking for some clarification of my case because my claim was being contested by the contract company. I explained my story to the rep and was told to continue to claim for my weekly benefits while they investigate. About three weeks later I begin to receive benefits again and everything was fine until two days ago when I received a letter from the unemployment court asking me to report to court for a hearing on April 15th because the contract company is still contesting the reason why I left and don't think I'm entitled to benefits. Do I have a strong case or will they more than likely win? And this is happening in New York City and I do have copies of all the emails that were sent between me and my boss at the hotel basically promising me my job back and than later saying that due to layoffs he could not hire me back.

The worst I ever did was stop Wellbutrin 300mg after 6 weeks, vomiting, insomnia, muscle pains, hot/cold sweats, ear ringing,enough to take prednisone, zantac, compazine/phenergan supp. Pain meds for muscle pains. It went on for a couple of weeks, but I'm glad I don't take it. didn't need it. It also made my hair thin/fall out. Call a legit rehab center, you won't make it without the meds. Esp if you do intend to stop them. They are one of the most difficult meds to stop. But I'm going to do it. They don't affect me much, I take xanax for sleep, then inc after the stupid wellbutrin to 3mg and then the tremors for unknown reason, to this day,almost a year, on klonopin.I do take for legit reasons, but don't want to. Don't call a poison center, just a rehab center if this is for recreational use or Rx medical use . Search xanax withdrawal. You'll see.

Thomas and I never officially went out, and so when he officially chose someone else over me(don't judge him solely on this info, there's a lot to the story i'm not explaining) I went back to my ex, Jay. This is basically the same as stealing another persons check, writing your name as the payee, placing the dollar amount on it, signing it in the other person's name, endorsing it and placing it in your checking account. Both are considered to be fraudulent and subject to prosecution. Were she to be found guilty she will have a felony conviction against her and she won't be able to practice law in any state in the U.S. Your sister made a gross error in judgment and it can and should be corrected by her as soon as possible for were she to be charged her troubles will be worse than anything she could imagine as the District Attorney will probably file charges against her for fraud. Your sister isn't permitted to sign any documents in your name, especially student loan documents even if you had given her written permission to do so. Your sister was your legal guardian until you turned 18. Now that you are 18 she is no longer your legal guardian and isn't permitted by law to do anything of a legal nature for you unless she is representing you as your attorney or has the Power of Attorney for your benefit. Your sister got used to doing and signing things for you and thinks she can continue to do so. She is wrong and as a future attorney she should realize this and shouldn't have done so. The loan is in your name and she signed your name. This makes you liable for the loan if the payments aren't made or if they fall in arrears. I also think your sister would have had to place a Social Security Number on the loan documents and were she to have placed your Social Security Number on the loan documents she is committing a Federal Crime and can be arrested by the United States Department of Justice (DOJ) and were she to be prosecuted for fraud as a felony she would probably receive prison time and also wouldn't be permitted to practice law. Your sister isn't using her smarts on this one and she had better get her act together before more time has passed and it may be too late to correct her mistake in judgment. In other words your sister is in deeper trouble than she could have thought possible by doing what she may have thought to be an innocent action. She will learn all about this when she gets to law school and she will change or become a criminal. She has begun walking the road to becoming a criminal, but it isn't too late to change and make the decision to become a law abiding citizen and a practicing attorney. Were the loan she took out in your name to have your Social Security Number connected with the loan the consequences of her doing so will affect you and your credit rating and you may not be able to get a credit card or a loan in the future. You are liable for the payment of the loan were it your name and were your Social Security Number on the loan documents even if she signed a document such as a promissory note to pay the money on the loan for you as the lender has no way of knowing your sister did this unless someone tells the lender. There are two ways you wouldn't be liable on the loan. One is if she tells the lender she wants to correct an error in judgment she made and change the recipient of the loan and the Social Security Number to her name and the other is to tell your grandmother what she did and ask your grandmother to please pay off the loan so she doesn't run the risk of being convicted of fraud. The more I think about what your sister did and how hard the student loan lenders are on students to pay back their loans the more I think she has a chance of being prosecuted for fraud. It is possible your sister may need an attorney now to get her out of this jam as it won't go away on its own and the longer it continues the greater her chances are of being prosecuted for fraud, and then there is no question she will need an attorney. You are correct by stating you have nothing to do with this and don't want this to affect you at all. But it will affect you and it is affecting you now and it needs to be corrected now.
