Baby blue jay???!!! need help!!!?

okay my cousin found a baby blue jay and its too old to feed but much too young to know how to eat on its own. and we have no idea what to do. if anyone knows a place on long island where we can bring him it would really help. or at least call. or you know if you had any advice at all that would help to...thank you =]
