What are some teams that never get featured on Fox Saturday Baseball or ESPN Sunday Night Baseball?

It's simply a case of ratings. ESPN and FOX know the ratings won't be high enough for a Pirates-Astros game outside of Houston and Pittsburgh (and even then that would be debatable).
