Will the Lightning complete the sweep? The Caps have to be the most OVERRATED team I've seen in years. Say what you want about the Sharks, but the Caps have mastered the art of choking. This will be the second straight year with them getting ousted without even making the conference finals as a number 1 seed..so pathetic. Expect a team from the West Conference to win the Cup.
