Tough situation what do I do?

WELL... its a tricky issue, you cant really legally do much, not without proof of calls and that cards belong to you, but you can ask him for the cards and if he refuses after you explain the money issue, THREATEN (not call but threaten) to get the cops involved. Both for theft and for threats to you. He'll come around VERY fast.
