Why are the same Dems who want Ghadafhi ousted the same ones who thought Saddam should stay?

There is no cease fire agreement with Lybia. He has not violated 9 UN resolutions. We have seen no mass graves. He has not threatened people with WMD's. Why are they afraid of him?
